OracleQuest is a place where I will be documenting some of my curious findings while working with Oracle database as a DBA.

Oracle is very reliable and mature database and can in general be left alone to do its work.

Most of routine DBA configuration and maintenance tasks are well understood and documented.

But there are rare cases when getting something done with Oracle takes some unusual tricks.

These are the cases I will be blogging about here.
